Is this course for you?

This course is for you if you’re 28+ (open to all genders) and pushing through your days with low energy or feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking your feelings. It offers simple, practical body-based practices that help you slow down and explore your own experience — with your body as your guide, not theory, in a supportive space.

And who am I?

My name is Parisa Radpey, and I am the founder of Dhyana Donya Movement and Health and Intentional Movement.

Physical activity has been important to me since I was 18 years old. I have practiced yoga for more than 20 years and was recently certified as a Kriya Yoga teacher in India. Kriya Yoga uses breath, movement, and focus to support balance in the body, mind, and emotions.

I also have training in dance and movement therapy. I have studied how music and the voice can support health and help calm the nervous system. In addition, I am certified in NLP (Level I and II).

Over the years, I have supported people through change, motivation, and personal growth in my work as a social worker. I have also worked as a counselor, supporting people who had been out of work for a long time due to mental, emotional, and physical health challenges.

Today, I bring all of my experiences together. I help people connect with their body and breath, slow down, and feel more present in everyday life.
